| This user is creating a ton of accounts since beginning of January to present, making the account private, giving 10s to tons of shows, then will log in once in the future to alter scores to avoid suspicion. The number of entries, mean score, private account, and join date make this too much to be a mere coincidence. I can't be 100% sure since it's private, but it's definitely worth checking out. I believe these to be the same user I described above after he's logged in once. Notice how the numbers are similar, but he's only been on once during creation and once again to login. Never touched them again. (Suppressed because it's a big wall of text) |

It's at 2.0% right now and I've even noticed that they mass spam 1s 20 at a time right when the show goes up a bit in score. This happened 3 times over the last week and just happened again after this week's episode aired. I tried finding them myself by using jikan api but to no avail (they don't seem to show up on the recently updated page). Not sure but they might be private accounts? Do private accounts not show up on recent updates but still count for public anime score? That'd be kind of silly. |

I have an idea what is going on in this case but I would like to ask everyone to not discuss anything here on the thread or anywhere else because it will only encourage other people to cheat too. The devs can certainly look into this issue but with the current transition from DeNA to Media Do nothing will be done at the moment. When Media Do finally takes over and starts working on the site I will ask them to look into it. |

I am just asking because it has been months since they have been reported and I highly doubt that they have not been removed because they are actually seen as legitimate: Boost and downvote accounts made by the same person which becomes obvious when you compare the anime and manga lists. Boosts his favourites (everything Evangelion-related, Shingeki no Kyojin-related and Fate/-related for example) and drops the scores of everything Gintama-related, Hajime no Ippo-related, Jojo-related, Owari/Kizumonogatari-related, Natsume Yuujinchou-related, Shokugeki no Souma-related and Boku no Hero Academia-related. When it comes to 1 ratings the manga lists are pretty much identical.
